We are looking for candidates having good experience in Banking field for a Leading Private Bank of India, "Kotak Mahindra Bank" for Mumbai and Pune.
Job Summary
The Bank Branch Manager is responsible for managing the business of the branch and supervising service to all bank customers. They are also responsible for the ownership of P&L; of the branch along with number targets for the branch.
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training of employees from time to time at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall smooth functioning and Growth of the Branch, Lead the service team and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
2. Co-ordinate the audit of the branch.
3. Ensure service excellence to enhance portfolio control retention and better cross-sell.
4. Manage and motivate sales and operation team members for growth.
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hire and train all employees of the branch (to know more call priya or whatsup msg at-81780+58+5)
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business with 8-12 years of experience. Having atleast 6 Years of Banking Experience.
- 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
- Experience hiring and training individuals
- Customer service-oriented, meticulous, have an eye for detail.
- Thorough overall understanding of banking structure, banking products and branch management.
- Having leadership approach towards team management and achieving branch targets and overall organizational goals
