About the role
You will need to be passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, preferably in a retail sales/leadership role in the trade/hardware industry.
As the Branch Manager and working with your team, you will be an experienced leader responsible for the engagement of your team, results of your Branch, ensuring safety is at the forefront of your decision making, you will be responsible for member growth to achieve and deliver on the Company’s strategy and vision.
You will be an inspiring leader who your team looks up to, you will lead by example in a professional manner and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up when required.
About You
Aspiring leader.
Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a high level of service standards.
Responsibility for team leadership and the safety of your branch.
Accountable for growing sales in your area by developing and strong trusting relationships with your customers and assigned customer base.
Stock management including ensuring the optimal stock levels for efficiency.
A sense of pride which is demonstrated in your Branch presentation.
Safety focused.
Commitment to learning and growing and developing your team.
