Position: Branch Manager – Direct Channel
Location: Pune
CTC: Up to 6 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Min. 1 to 4 years in sales (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Education: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 5–12 Financial Advisors
• Drive sales targets and branch performance
• Recruit, train & motivate the team
• Ensure compliance and quality service delivery
• Conduct market development activities and customer acquisition
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any Stream
• Minimum 2 years in Life Insurance Direct Channel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and guide a team; proficiency in sales planning and execution.
