🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations with a strong focus on Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans. The candidate should be result-driven and capable of handling team, sales, and portfolio growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall branch operations and team performance
• Drive business growth in LAP, Mortgage & Home Loan segment
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer relationship management and client acquisition
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit norms
• Monitor portfolio quality and reduce delinquency
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 3–6 years experience in NBFC / Banking (LAP / HL / Mortgage)
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good market knowledge of local area
• Excellent communication & sales skills
🔹 Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Rajasthan market (preferred)
