Role & Responsibilities:
Branch administration at authorizer level
Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
Regulatory compliance.
Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
Sale of non - deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
Sale of MF and insurance products.
Fee income.
Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have sales orientation
Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
4 - 8 years banking experience of which 2 - 3 years, leading a branch as Branch Manager.
Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
Retail Assets funding exposure
