Lead a Tasmania-based branch, driving performance, growth, and service delivery. Oversee a team while remaining hands-on across recruitment, client management, and operations. Report into senior leadership and play a key role in business expansion.
Duties
Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
Drive business growth and client acquisition
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery
Ensure compliance and operational standards
Manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships
Skills & experience
Proven experience in labour hire recruitment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Track record in business development
Solid understanding of compliance requirements
Excellent communication and commercial acumen
