Responsibilities Responsible to raise new product requisitions with a detailed marketing plan (preferably for potential and long-lasting products). Appointment of new dealers against target plan Collect market feedback on competitors performance and activities and determine strategies to establish our brand. Brand management and promotional event planning including service camps. Dealer Sales budgeting Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Monitor dealers sales performance periodically Preparing regular sales indents taking market factors and stock position into consideration Periodic verification of stock level against book stock and reporting deviations Provide market inputs for making demand forecasting Monthly and Quarterly Involve in sales strategy formulation tasks Regular Branch / ware house operations as per standard systems and procedures Ensure Statutory records maintenance Identifying training requirements and facilitating field training in the area Branch reporting on every month by email Market information on Seasonal variation, EB connections and Political and local government policies Biannual District dealer meets / Quarterly area meetings, as scheduled Branch monthly meetings and Follow up works against MoMs Service policy aspects market feedback to H. O Effectiveness of Advertisement activities feedback and review Must possess minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing handling of Domestic, Agri Pumps
