Job description
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Moradabad team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for implementing the organisation's policies and procedures, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Achieve business targets (loans, insurance, etc.)

- Develop and implement business growth strategies

- Build relationships with customers, community leaders, and partners

2. Operations Management:

- Manage day-to-day branch operations

- Supervise and mentor branch staff

- Ensure efficient customer service and support

3. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate operational risks

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

- Monitor and control credit risk, fraud risk, and other risks

4. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback

- Ensure staff training and development needs are met

5. Financial Management:

- Manage branch finances, including budgeting and forecasting

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

6. Customer Service:

- Ensure excellent customer service and support

- Resolve customer complaints and issues

7. Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or related field

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software

4. Language: Fluency in local language and English
