Sales and Business → Sales / Business Development
Branch ManagementResponsibilities:
Maintains the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branchExecutes the Branch Strategy in line with the overall Branch Banking strategy for the bankSustained revenue generation for the branch through cross sell of TPP, RA and BB productsLiabilities mobilisation through CASA portfolio growth in the Branch CatchmentEnsures Upkeep of the Branch and ATM and raises issues if requiredLiaises with respective teams for effective and efficient Fraud Management within the clusterEnsures branch compliance with Bank's policies and processesEnsures timely submission of MIS reportsEnsures safety and security of Bank and customer's assetsEnsures Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed normsEnsures Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attritionQuick round of interviews after cv getting shortlisted.
