• This position is responsible for handling retail liability business
• To drive sales strategy and execute business expansion plans at the branch level
• Owns responsibility for driving business / sales in assigned region, to be in alignment with assigned targets
• Achieves branch sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and implementing quality, and customer-service standards
• Expand deposit pool and drive revenue generation through sale of CASA, TD, third party products and cross-selling activities
• Oversees portfolio build for division to drive acquisition of good quality and balanced mix of accounts, reduce costs and ensure sustained profitability"
