Description
Prepare and review activity calendar of team, especially outbound activities for sales / customer engagements
Conducting regular / periodic performance reviews of the team and take course corrections, to ensure team productivity.
Capability building and manpower management
Brief employees on their role and expectations from them v. Mentor / Guide new joiners as well as existing team
Provide timely and regular structured feedback to the team
Manage NPAs, impairments / credit losses, as applicable
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP).Ensure compliance and controls, adherence to regulatory and internal policies and guidelines for self and branch team
Maintain satisfactory audit ratings statutory / concurrent / internal
Ensure OPEX optimization (to reduce operational cost)
Manage optimal cash holding at the branch vi. Ensure proper joint custody of valuable and securities. .
Be responsible for profitability of the retail business of the branch, as per targets allocated by the Bank from time to time.
Strategies and execute actionable for balance sheet growth, retail acquisition and growth in interest and fee income.
Map the area and segment the customer and potential customers
Generate / manage leads; Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report
