• Responsible for managing business of the branch and supervise service to all bankcustomers.
• Ownership of P & L of the branch along with number targets for the branch.
• Responsible for guiding and mentoring branch staff (sales and service) for enhancingproductivity and flawless customer service. Closely track all customer engagement initiative and ensure flawless execution of taskassigned to branch team. Closely track branch rating and continuously work on areas for improving scores for branchrating. Daily check of visitors book for customers/visitors comment and appropriate action on timewith sign off on register. Champion for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) along with Service ..Required Good Communication Skills. Minimum Experience 8 years, educated from a good business school.CTC offer range ( INR + LACS to 12 LACS ). Age should be close 35 +/-. Grade Range - Sr Manager / Chief Manager Minimum 2 year BM experience(Only from Retail Branch Banking / Metro & Semi urban Branches
