Description
• Responsible for driving and achieving the sales target for the Branch along with the profitability
• Responsible for Expansion of Distribution Network and acquiring new customers
• To up sell the company MF products to existing Retail/HNI customers and generation of fresh leads through reference
• Regular feedback and review with each team member to ensure monthly productivity
• To establish strong relationship with distributors and Investors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings and provide necessary service to them
• Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key Investors and potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business
• Creating awareness and brand building by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for top-of-the-mind recall
• Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products, operational procedures and Informed on the Regulatory Changes on regular basis
• Ensure that the market information of competitors is shared with central team on regular basis
• Monitor all transactions happening in the Branch and ensure overall Compliance of the Branch in all aspects
• Working in Collaboration with Admin in matters such as, renovation, Purchasing, Property Services, Dispatch, Courier, Distributor Payout, Debit Notes, etc and managing overall branch budget and expense
