Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Sikar. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet financial targets. Responsibilities include loan processing, customer relationship management, staff training, performance monitoring, and branch profitability. The Branch Manager will also implement policies, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Experience in loan processing, customer relationship management, and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet financial targets and manage branch profitability
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and policy implementation
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in NBFCs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with the semi-urban and rural markets of Rajasthan is a plus
