• Training employees and evaluate their performances.
• Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Prepare reports on sales.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients.
• Developing and implementing sales plans.
• Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
• Manage all department (Sales, operation team collection team).
• Visit with sales team at DST for expansion of branch business.
• Supervise the daily operational tasks of the credit and collections team.
• Handle team query and provide resolution for target achieving.
• Handle all branch level task, motivate team to be a part of the Organization.
• Having FI PD experience.
• Must have Unsecured product Knowledge.
• Employee Orientation require timely basis.
• Managing Day to Day branch activities.
• Captioned below criteria must:
• Qualification: Minimum Graduation.
• Preferred: Immediate joiners NBFC Industry.
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
• Experience: Must have NBFC / Banking experience with Secured Unsecured Loans.
