Duties and Responsibilities
. Responsible and accountable as Profit Center Head. Achievement of branch budgets- Retail liabilities/ Fee Income. Keeping tab on the market trends including that of the competitors.
Act as a brand Ambassador of the Bank by implementing the strategies in tandem with Corporate Objectives.
Act towards achieving business goals, set by CO, for the branch viz Deposits, Fee Income, and Profitability and communicate the same to all team members.
Analyzing past performance, monitor trends, evaluate present trends/opportunities in the market for formalizing business strategies & generate leads for business development.
Monitor and support Out-bound Sales team to enable them to achieve 80% of the business targets.
Monitor and support Branch Sales to enable the Branch team to achieve 60% of the total Liability target and +0% of the Fee based income target
