Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for overall branch Targets of all Products such as Gold Loan and cross Sell etc. Responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by tracking & and controlling ROI and prompt resolution of queries pre- and post-loan disbursal. Responsible for correct valuation and maintenance of 100% process compliance at the branch as per companys norms. Responsible for driving the field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility. Responsible for increasing the footfall in the branch by new customer acquisitions. Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the branch & and for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers. Responsible for Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance. . Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale, etc. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with prior experience with BFSI- Banking / NBFC / Financial Services /Insurance in Sales/Marketing/Gold Loan etc. will be preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 4-5 Years of sales experience in Banking and financial services can apply for the role. Team handling experience is a must.
