Job Description
Branch Manager Hiring Criteria’s:
· Total Experience must be more than 10 years in Banking – Retail
· Current Experience in the present role must be 2-3 years +. No recent promotion
· A double grade hike will not be offered to the candidate – grade fitment to be checked bank to bank
· Required Book Size : GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 80-100Cr + (Anything below will not be considered). If his current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be mentioned along with the org name.
· MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (100Cr) / AUM + CA (100Cr)
· Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years.
· The candidate should not be ‘out of a job’ unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.
· Age of the candidate: 40 Years Max
· We do not hire candidates from small sized banks & PSU’s. If they have worked previously in a bigger brand, the reason for change to a small sized bank...
