Job Description
• Responsible for pay-in & pay-out shortage and to follow up with branches / franchisees & rectification for securities which are wrongly transferred
• Responsible for updating the shortage details in the system & check intra settlement status
• Responsible for ensuring clients receive delivery instruction slip book & follow up with branches/ franchisees
• Responsible for handling off market shares received & ensure it is intimated to the branches/ franchisees for DP proof & follow up for the same with risk team
• Responsible for timely resolution of queries of branches/ franchisees/ clients on mails, ECRM, telephone calls
• To follow up for any pending issues relating to fax, scan, DP problem etc. & coordinating the same with franchisees
• Responsible for training & educating newly inducted franchisees and their staff regarding the working of the organization & use of systems
• Should coordinate with DP department for normal market transfers or rejections or any other client related details
• Should ensure DP account mapping after provision of all adequate documents & details
• To coordinate with settlements team for effecting corporate action to eligible clients
• Responsible for escalation of high value shortages & salvage auction through internal position
• To keep a track on transaction of physical shares
Skills
• Graduate / Post graduate with 1 – 3 yrs experience
• Should have good communication & presentation skills
• Should be a self-starter, proactive
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
