Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Service Team.
• Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell.
• Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements.
• Authorize and check RO / SO entries.
• Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10 lakhs.
• Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
Requirements
• Graduates with 6 – 8 years of experience.
• MBA with 4-6 years of experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
• Must have thorough understanding of banking products.
• Exposure to Banking and Finance products and services will be advantage.
