Job Description
Age Limite-Upto 2+ yrs· Build awareness among households in assigned zones about the bank and its products· Help JLG group formation and creation of JLG centers across zone· Building and managing a large base of customers and creating a robust group loan portfolio with high multi-product relationships with each household through loan, savings and fee products of the bank· Drive CASA portfolio for the Bank Key Responsibilities· Creating JLG groups and centers and managing them through the formation, disbursal ans collection phases· Map household needs· Conduct end-use checks as specified· Achieve monthly and annual group loan booking targets as well as maintain high collections efficiency· Preparation of quality documentation of loans and saving account· Coordinate with operationsofficer to ensure timely data entry· Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements· Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements Candidate Profile· 12th Std. / Graduate degree in any stream· Possess a minimum 1 - 3 years of total experience, preferably from financial sector· Excellentcommunication skills, knowledge of local language is must· Confident and ability to achieve targets in sales driven environment· High on integrity & honesty· Good sales and negotiation skills
