Job Description
1. Manage & control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors.
2. Ensure adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch.
4. Participate in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster.
5. Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced.
6. Initiate team meetings internally within Ops as well as with business teams of the branch and circulate minutes to all stake holders at regular intervals.
7. Any other job duty and responsibility assigned to you by branch Head from time to time or on adhoc basis.
8. Support and ensure delivery of the P&L objective for the branch
