Branch Operations Manager - Micro Business Loans
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, including disbursement and customer relationship management.
• Manage micro business loan disbursements to maintain Time-to-Audit (TAT) and quality of files at the time of disbursement.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders such as Sales, Credit, and FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes.
