Branch Performance Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Meet sales targets through effective management of Bank's FOS.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate salary teams in assigned Bank Branches.
• Accurately record referrals received from all corporate salary teams in assigned Bank branches.
• Ensure adherence to agreed-upon Time-To-Action (TAT) on first customer contact and follow-ups from lead registration date.
• Raise bank customers' awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve targeted cross-selling penetration within the branch's corporate salary customer base.
• Effectively drive Reward and Recognition programs for bank staff.
• Regularly train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
Measures of Success
• Achieve business milestones - AFYP/Blended premium, and number of cases.
• Nurture relationship with Bank Corporate Salary Manager.
• Generate leads effectively and meet value/number targets.
