Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing ones.
Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell wealth products such as PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, and Insurance to increase revenue.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the retail liabilities business to provide tailored solutions to customers.
Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking services.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of CASA Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, portfolio management, and wealth product sales.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNIs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
