CTC: 5 LPA - 13 LPA
Note: Only candidates having relevant banking experience and qualifications should apply.
JOB ROLE:
• To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
• Revenue Generation, customer acquisition, customer Retention, cost efficiency through process
• Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities.
• Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
• Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
• Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 - 10 years of experience as a Branch Manager at a bank. (Candidates with relevant experience at Non-Banking Institutions are not encouraged)
• Must have very good market knowledge & experience.
• Must have Sales experience and exposure, preferably to Liabilities products
• Qualifications- Post-graduate or graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
• Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth customers through individualized customer service.
• MIS generation, Customer Retention and Cost Efficiency Through Process
• Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
• Very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA and of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc
• Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation,
Responsibilities:
• To handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability
• product selling, education on product features, cheque book issuance.
• Quality of advice given to customers as determined by customers and supervisor.
• Speed and efficiency of service given.
• Sales targets for bank and investment products. Going beyond the professed need of the customer by
• providing other products. Enhancement of customer value.
• Cross-sale of assets products.
• Back-up to relationship managers holding HNI relationships.
• Ensure low attrition ratios.
• Customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers
