Designation - Branch Relationship Officer/Manager
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini.3 Year in Banking Sector or in insurance
CTC: Up To 5.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
Qualification: Graduation complete
Skill:- Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented
Basic Computer Skills:- (MS - Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
Roles:
• Acquire new current and saving accounts
• Open market CASA acquisition and target-oriented role
• Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth customers through individualized customer service
• Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
• Track customer complaints /queries and turnaround times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements
• Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products.
• Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products.
• Responsible for cross-selling other bank products introduced and meeting business objectives
