Our Keyline branch in Hayes (London) are hoping to welcome a positive, team-minded Branch Sales Coordinator into their busy Sales team. Reporting into the Branch Sales Manager, you will drive success across your processes, proactively identifying opportunities to maximise the potential value of every transaction whilst delivering our trademark customer experience. As a team of four Sales Coordinators, you will support various infrastructure projects across the local area, becoming an expert in your industry as you nurture relationships with key accounts and contract customers spending upwards of £20,000 per year - with our biggest accounts spending up to £1m per annum with our brand!
What to expect
Serving our customers on the trade counter, you will ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with the products (and service) that they receive. By creating purposeful interactions, you'll understand every customer's bespoke needs, helping them to identify the right products to make their project a success. You'll have a strong sales mindset, as you proactively look for opportunities to upsell additional products and services to your customers - whether in branch or remotely. With over 50% of Keyline Hayes sales being delivered directly to site, this role holds a fantastic balance of over-counter and remote interactions, testing your sales skills in new ways every single day.
