Job description
.Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
ii. Handling the Team of Sales Officers/Executives
iii. New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Lap Business.
iv. Responsible for individual & team targets.
v. Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business.
vi. Taking care of team productivity and business.
vii. Team motivation/ training.
viii. Giving product training to existing and new hired team.
ix. Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
x. Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
Responsibilities
Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.Roles and
Desired Candidate Profile
.Relevant Experience of Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products, LAP, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc.) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
ii. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of retail sales.
iii. Good client servicing skills.
iv. Good financial, analytical and communication skills.
