What you’ll do
We are hiring for Brand Manager/ Center Manager
Location- Koregaon Park Pune
Payroll Adecco India
Position- Brand Manager/ Center Manager
Salary As per industry standards
Working days – 6 Days
Job Responsibilities:
Primary and secondary research to analyse and map the category, competition and consumer
Strategize to create viable solutions for brand problems
Brand custodian to maintain brand consistency across channels
Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders for creative assets creation
Ideate and innovate to constantly enrich the consumer experience
Execution of day to day operational requirements of the brand
Build influencer partners for StayVista, manage communications and coordinate, - end to end- reach out, close relevant influencers, and track success of the campaigns.
Relationship building for long term partnerships. Identifying and building partnerships with key online influencers
Approach and build strong relationships with the BFSI Brands. Create new initiatives that drive product sales revenue - track closure of leads, opportunities & sales
Ideate & work on other branding categories
Required Skills:
Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and decision making skill
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage with other stakeholders.
Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing
