Job Description
Overall branch management and Business Development. In charge of all the activities of the branch end to end.
Strategise, plan, monitor and evaluate sales results, productivity levels and cross selling opportunities of the branch. Ensuring that the sales staff complies with all established policies and procedures including proper documentation and regulatory compliance and works in close coordination with Branch Head, Regional and Zonal teams.
Training and development of the sales staff to ensure effective solicitation, marketing, campaign management, sales process management and business development, Human Resource issues including selecting and recruiting sales staff and feedback escalations to Products Heads / Regional Heads / Zonal sales Head.
