Role Branch Sales Manager-CASA
Location: Chennai, Bangalore ,Hyderabad.
Job Description
Responsible for Sales of Banks products Manage Relationships for a Portfolio of customers (both Existing and NTB New to Bank)
Customer service address walk in customers issues.
Cross Sell Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance Current account Saving account
Manage Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, Forex etc.
Deepening of existing Current account saving account relationships and ensure retention of customers.
Generate referrals from internal database.
Generate and Review Reports.
Handle filing monitor cash levels, fraud control, etc.
Cost Management and staff productivity.
Branch administration ATM (onsite) management
Branch Operations and Audit Compliance.
