Branch Sales Officer in Banking

India's Leading Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Officer to join our growing Retail Banking team. You will be the face of the bank in our branch, responsible for driving customer acquisition, product sales, and building strong client relationships. About the Role In this exciting role, you will: • Grow the Bank's Customer Base: • Acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) through various channels like cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and market visits. • Ensure adherence to KYC/AML guidelines while opening new accounts. • Boost Sales & Revenue: • Sell a wide range of bank products including Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), loans (Auto, Personal etc.), and credit cards. • Achieve and exceed set sales targets for accounts and financial products. • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products. • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and ensuring a positive banking experience. • Contribute to Branch Success: • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve overall branch targets and contribute to the bank's profitability. • Stay up-to-date on bank policies, products, and regulations. Qualifications • Graduate degree in any discipline. • 0-4 years of experience in sales and marketing (any domain). • Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be highly beneficial. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
