• Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
• Cross-sell loans, insurance, credit cards, and other banking products
• Conduct field visits and local marketing activities
• Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
• Support branch operations as needed
