Branch Service Delivery Leader
Monitor the processes for corporate account opening, accountmaintenance & account closure related formalities as per YBL process.
Handle corporate customers’ enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuringthat the Bank’s delivery standards are met in achieving total customersatisfaction.
e.g. timely checking of account opening documentation, opening ofaccounts etc.
Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards (e.g., forms / checklists, welcome calling, approvals,etc.)
Ensure pro-active & sustained liaison with NOC, Product, SalesRM, etc. where required.
Maintain strict vigilance on the quality of forms anddocumentation provided.
Principal responsibilities include managing existing and newcorporate & retail clients to maximize relationship building.
Responsible for offering complete financial solutions to corporateclients including trade finance services, cash management BTI, Escrow, IWDW& others
