What Does a Branch Supervisor Do?
As our Frankton Branch Supervisor, you’ll be the engine behind day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager – ESI, you’ll lead with energy and accountability to ensure the branch runs smoothly and our customers stay supported.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating the team with a strong health & safety focus
Overseeing customer order processing and trade counter operations
Managing inwards/outwards goods and stock flow
Supporting customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Ensuring efficient and accurate operational performance
We’re particularly interested in candidates with a background in:
Electrical utility companies
Electrical wholesaling or trade supply
Field service or infrastructure support roles
Your understanding of utility customer needs will allow you to deliver proactive solutions and build lasting relationships in the region.

Experience in trade sales, operations, or a utilities-related industry
Strong leadership skills – you lead by example and build team trust
