Job Summary:
As a Brand Activation & Event Manager at HUXWRX Safety Co., you will play apivotal role in shaping and enhancing our brand presence. Your primaryresponsibility will be to develop and execute innovative marketing strategiesthat effectively establish and promote our brand and products. You will leadthe planning, organization, and execution of a variety of high-impact brandactivation events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, andexperiential marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will collaborateclosely with vendors to ensure seamless event execution, manage relationshipswith key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms. Youwill be responsible for meeting tight deadlines and managing budgetsefficiently to maximize ROI. This position requires a dynamic individual with akeen understanding of brand strategy, exceptional project management skills,and the ability to foster strategic partnerships. Your efforts will directlycontribute to expanding our brand reach, enhancing our market position, anddriving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of brand activation events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Marketing Operations:
• Oversee marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and efficient allocation of resources and vendor management.
Partnership Development:
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, organizations, and retailers to expand brand reach and credibility.
Measurement and Analysis:
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand activation initiatives to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
• Manage the brand activation budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency to work with tight deadlines and within budget
