About the role
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals with a background in events and media/presenting to join our Street Team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and social atmosphere while representing Fix Radio and our commercial partners. Your role will involve working towards set targets, overseeing and maintaining equipment, recording radio links and social media content during events, conducting interviews with event attendees, and being willing to travel extensively.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in promotions and media/presenting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel as required is essential for this role.
Not only will you be acting as a brand ambassador for Fix Radio, in a role full of variety, with no day the same. You will also be on the ground, people facing, promoting and working with some of the biggest names in the trade industry. Each day is guaranteed to be filled with great music, opportunity and becoming part of a core team that promotes brands we are passionate about.
What makes this promotional role different? We are a unique and vastly expanding radio station and the No 1 radio station for tradespeople in the UK. Not only will you be generating leads, promoting awesome products and services, and representing on a big level. You will also be bringing breakfast to the nation as part of our unique marketing strategy and brand.
Fix Radio owns and operates media channels with an audience of well over half a million tradespeople across the UK. Our channels are built for a trade audience from the ground up and include Radio, Social Media and Promotional offerings.
We don’t provide off-the-shelf solutions, every one of our campaigns is custom designed to maximise efficacy and reduce wasted spending.

Key responsibilities:
• Work during our on-ground activities on behalf of our trade-focused clients.
• Creating social media content during promotional activities.
• Recording audio links from the locations.
• Ensuring we meet agreed targets while at the same time deepening our relationships with the audience and helping to grow listenership.
• Reaching tradespeople on-site at their place of work, at merchants and industry trade shows and events.
• Setting up stands and arranging products, merchandising and other material according to instructions.

• Core working hours: 7:00am - 1:00pm (Plus travel & set up) - Monday to Friday
• Accommodation, work vehicle, promo kit and necessary essentials provided when on the road
