Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Collaboration Manager to spearhead our partnership initiatives. This remote role is pivotal in enhancing FinnovationZ’s brand presence by identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic collaborations with other brands. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to execute successful partnerships that resonate with our audience and drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Strategic Partners: Research and identify brands and influencers whose values align with FinnovationZ, focusing on those that can amplify our reach and add value to our audience.
• Negotiate Collaborations: Develop and implement negotiation strategies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring they align with our brand goals and values.
• Manage Partnerships: Oversee the execution of brand collaborations, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to design, plan, and execute campaigns resulting from partnerships, ensuring seamless integration with our existing strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the market to enhance collaboration strategies.
• Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on the progress, performance, and impact of brand collaborations.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in brand collaborations, partnership management, or marketing within the digital space.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
• Proficiency in data analysis to assess partnership performance.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing and collaboration tools is advantageous.
