Roles and Responsibilities
✔ Develop and manage content across Marketing Website, Social Media, CMS, and Customer Portal
✔ Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver engaging, on-brand content
✔ Optimize content for SEO/GEO and customer engagement
✔ Monitor content performance using analytics and VOC insights
✔ Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across platforms
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in content, brand communication, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with CMS, social media platforms, SEO/GEO, and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills
