Job Description
Responsibilities;
- Understand the business use case through extensive research and analyse our brand positioning.
- Clearly visualize and understand target audiences and create materials that will appeal to them.
- Provide a high level of expertise in solving complex problems with a strong understanding of brand voice, audience, and strategy.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
-Think critically and strategically about the brand experience and how it drives value and resonates through brand campaigns and other channels (buyer journey).
- Use Design Thinking and other processes, to help drive thought leadership and work cross-functionally to define brand experiences that are innovative, solve real problems, and have impact on the business.
- Create an Identity System - Logo, colors, fonts, taglines, patterns, icons. Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Ensure all creative produced has sophisticated typography and works in design both online and offline formats.
- Devise the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
- Pitch ideas in the development of engaging, usable, and beneficial interactions for the user and demonstrate through the website and app.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts using split A/B tests and product performance.
- Create psychological cues that can be integrated in the product to make apparent to the consumers; the product’s usability, value, and benefit.
- Create and Animate icons in strategic sections on Web and App to enhance the user experience and put things in focus to help in the navigation within the platform.
- Work closely with the product development department and collaborate with UX Designers to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
Requirements :
- Strong sense of concept development, strategy, research, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Deep knowledge, passion and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, image making, digital and event/brand experience production.
- 5+ years experience leading brand and marketing design
- Solid knowledge of color theory, use of texture, visual presentation, identity design, motion arts, animation.
- Proven well-designed examples of responsive grid-based layouts.
-Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Demonstrable design thinking and execution skills with a strong portfolio of brand identity and icon design.
- Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, a sensitivity to typography, color, layout, materials/textures.
- Deep understanding of information design & architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
- A strong and relentless eye for the smallest details
