Job Title: Conceptual Design Specialist
To provide a range of conceptual design services to clients, delivering creative campaigns and projects that meet the required standards within specified timescales.
• Develop engaging conceptual designs that showcase creative thinking and meet client briefs.
• Provide conceptual designs across various requirements and materials, including brand identity, campaign identity, product identity, and digital assets.
• Manage creative projects from concept to print-ready artwork.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major creative projects and develop the creative relationship with key contacts at major client accounts/projects.
• Collaborate with team members on client projects and provide design and technical direction as needed.
• Review and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality designs.
• Accompany client services team members on client calls, meetings, and visits to identify, win, and deliver major creative sales opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of design experience and a high-quality portfolio.
• Creative thinking with artistic flair and excellent people and mentoring skills.
