🚀 **We’re Hiring | Brand Developer & Social Media Manager (Full-Time)**
We’re looking for a **creative brand-first thinker** who can both **build our brand identity** and **manage our social media presence**. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, aesthetics, and how immersive projects translate into strong digital brands.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• *Brand Development**
• Develop and strengthen the brand identity across all digital platforms
• Define and maintain brand tone, visual language, and storytelling style
• Ensure consistency in design, messaging, and communication
• Collaborate with design, content, and project teams to align brand vision
• Contribute to long-term digital brand strategy
• *Social Media & Content**
• Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Visit project sites and studio to capture photos and videos
• **Travel whenever required for site visits, shoots, and project coverage**
• Create engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and captions
• Edit photos and videos using Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile apps
• Plan and execute content calendars and platform-specific strategies
• Translate immersive experiences into compelling digital stories
• *What We’re Looking For:**
• Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite or equivalent)
• Solid knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and content trends
• Comfortable with on-site work and frequent travel as required
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
