Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated New Brand Development Executive/Manager to support the onboarding and market development of new international brands in industrial automation, engineering products.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate potential new brands aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with global principals for brand onboarding and documentation.
• Develop basic go-to-market plans and target customer lists.
• Support sales team with product training, presentations, and early RFQs.
• Work with marketing to build brand visibility through digital content and exhibitions.
• Track brand enquiries, pipeline, and overall performance.
Skills & Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Product Coordination.
• Background in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven and comfortable interacting with international partners.
Education
• BE/BTech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
