We’re searching for a confident and charismatic Brand Engagement Coordinator to become the face of Zempire, connecting with audiences both online and in person. This is your chance to join a passionate, design-driven team that’s redefining the camping experience with world-class air tents and gear.

About the role
Be the on-camera and in-person face of the Zempire brand
Collaborate with our Content Creator to deliver engaging product videos and photos
Represent Zempire at domestic and international trade shows and events
Visit retail partners to provide staff training and in-store support
Build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and the Zempire community
Continuously grow your product knowledge to become a trusted brand expert
Adapt to new opportunities and responsibilities as the brand evolves
About you
You’re someone who brings:
2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
Confidence presenting on-camera and to live audiences
Strong communication and storytelling skills
A love for camping, outdoor gear, and hands-on demos
A professional and friendly approach with a passion for connecting with people
A full NZ Driver’s License and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
The ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in retail or in-store product training
Knowledge of the outdoor industry or outdoor lifestyle brands
Physical ability to set up tents and camping gear for events and shoots
