What You Will Be Doing…
This is an opportunity for a capable individual to join the highly successful Westfield Rise team in the UK. The key focus of this role is to support the UK Brand Experience and Brand Partnership team, with account management and in generating income across Experiential, Event Sponsorship and Brand Partnerships, within our two flagship Destinations: Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, and Croydon where required.This is an opportunity for a capable individual to join the highly successful Westfield Rise team in the UK. The key focus of this role is to support the UK Brand Experience and Brand Partnership team, with account management and in generating income across Experiential, Event Sponsorship and Brand Partnerships, within our two flagship Destinations: Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, and Croydon where required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the Lead Brand Partnership Manager to develop and evolve the Brand Partnerships in the UK including strategy, delivery and business plan.
• Support in driving revenue to the Brand Partnership Team (& wider Westfield Rise channels when relevant) to achieve the overall budget, and drive collaboration across the whole of the team.
• Support on the delivery of the Brand Partnership annual budget by identifying sales opportunities, short and long term, with the emphasis on developing into wider brand partnerships.
• Work with existing brand partnership accounts to identify a pipeline of potential revenue growth areas.
• Chase leads, deliver and manage client and agency activations.
• Ensure the CRM contact database is maintied and updated.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity.
• Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Marketing, Centre Management) to maximise the value of bookings and maintain standards throughout the centres
• Ensure all site specifications, Marketing collateral and photographs are up to date.
• Provide an end-to-end service to all clients with a focus on being proactive and innovative.
• Create strong relationships with the PR agency ensuring maximum exposure for key activations.
• Streamline reporting systems and processes, ensure these are maintained and up to date.
• Support in finances of raising Pos and keeping expense trackers up to date.
• Ensure all accounts procedures are adhered to for invoicing, and collection of payments - Maintain zero debt policy.
• Be organised and motivated to work effectively as an individual whilst making a positive contribution to the wider team (Experiential, Brand Partnerships and Media).
• Ensure all communications are consistent, professional and reflect the core values of URW.
• Actively seek best practive from other Centres, the global portfolio and external influences.
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
• Advantageous to have experience in account management/sales/experiential/events or partnerships.
• Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to demonstrate good presententation, sales and negotiation skills.
• Good administrative skills to provide great customer service to clients and agencies
• Good copy writing for outbound communication
• Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities.
• Team player, maintaining close working relationships with team and other employees to achieve targets.
