As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping, growing, and protecting the HelloFresh brand in the Australian market. Working as part of a small, passionate team, you’ll help plan and deliver brand campaigns, build strong customer connections, and bring our brand strategy to life in fresh, creative ways. Above all, we’re looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.

This role is based in Chippendale and reporting to the Associate Director of Brand for Meal Kits ANZ.

You will…

Lead the development, execution, and budgeting of HelloFresh AU brand plans.
Manage end-to-end campaign production, collaborating with creative, media, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, insight-led campaigns on time.
Integrate brand campaigns with digital marketing activity (SEO, paid social, influencer, native) to maximise performance through A/B testing and optimisation.
Partner with Product, Growth, and CRM teams to develop effective, customer-focused campaigns that drive brand consideration and trial.
Oversee media agency relationships, ensuring efficient channel planning aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
Lead post-campaign reviews, using insights and data to optimise future activity and inform campaign hypotheses.
Manage brand content development and content calendar integration with local and global Creative and Marketing teams.
Forecast and manage brand budgets and external agency relationships, fostering collaborative partnerships to achieve brand goals.

Passionate about the HelloFresh brand and curious about how it can transform the way people eat.
Extensive marketing experience, ideally in brand and digital, with strong channel strategy and data-led decision making.
An exceptional communicator and influencer, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
Skilled at inspiring creativity, writing clear, insight-driven briefs, and enabling teams to deliver their best work.
Confident navigating a complex, global organisation across multiple teams, products, and functions.
A structured problem solver, comfortable developing hypotheses, testing ideas, and using insights to shape decisions.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time and to budget.
Data literate, analytical, proactive, and a collaborative team player who takes accountability and drives solutions.
