Job Description
1.Brand Positioning:Develop and execute a comprehensive brand positioning strategy across various social media platforms. Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's values, voice, and identity.
2.Campaign Development:Conceptualize and develop engaging campaigns tailored for each social media platform. Collaborate with creative teams to bring campaign ideas to fruition.Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Taking decisions on post boosting based on the data and monitor results for growthIdeate and overview the content being uploaded on various social media channels and ensure they go live timely
3.New Product & Event Launches:Ideate and strategize for the successful launch of new cosmetic products.Make Product launch and event calanders for efficient strategy drivingCoordinate with cross-functional teams to execute launch plans effectively.Create buzz and excitement around new product releases through innovative marketing tactics.
4.Oversight of Team:Provide guidance and direction to the social media manager, brand communication manager, and interns.Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities in executing the brand strategy.Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
5.Performance Analysis:Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure success.Generate insights from data analysis to inform future strategic decisions.
6.Reporting:Prepare monthly reports detailing the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns.Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
7.Stay Updated:Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches within the cosmetic industry.Incorporate relevant insights into brand strategy and campaign development to maintain a competitive edge."
Qualification Criteria
1. Must have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role for a Cosmetic Company.
2. Can also be considered if the candidate has 3-4 years of similar experience in an agency where she was handling cosmetic company as a client.
3. Must have an experience in team management and planning.4. Must have a proven track record of brand growth assigned.
5. Preferable candidates from established Cosmetic Companies or Agencies
6. Must be a female candidate with good knowledge about makeup Insight is hiring for a Brand Strategist.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
