• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Role Summary :

BHIVE Workspace is looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's identity, reputation, and awareness in the market.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive member acquisition and retention, and enhance the overall brand image. Our ideal candidate will have experience in branding, a deep understanding of the target audience, and strong creative and strategic skills.

Key Deliverables :
• Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and goals, focusing on growth, customer engagement, and market positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, insights, and opportunities that can be leveraged to strengthen the BHIVE Workspace brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and content, to develop and execute creative campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition and messaging.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our branding efforts, ensuring consistent performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
• Manage and maintain brand assets and guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, and strategic partners, to increase brand visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate with the communications team to manage public relations efforts and create engaging content that highlights our brand's story and achievements.
• Lead the development and execution of product launches, promotional events, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Key Competencies and skills:
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and brand performance measurement.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and design software is preferred.
