Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to join our team. This hybrid role, based primarily in Aurangabad with remote work flexibility, requires a versatile individual who will oversee and enhance Styleyn's overall brand presence. The Brand Manager will lead our social media strategy, influencer marketing initiatives, retention marketing efforts, and manage photoshoots to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful brand communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of sustainable practices, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Styleyn’s values and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms, maintaining the integrity of Styleyn's voice and visual identity.
• Oversee the creation and curation of content that reflects the brand’s ethos of sustainability, inclusivity, and craftsmanship.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to drive engagement, organic growth, and brand loyalty.
• Develop and execute a content strategy, including original content creation, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create and manage video content that highlights Styleyn’s products, their features, and unique selling points.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
Influencer Marketing:
• Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers that align with Styleyn’s brand values.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
Retention Marketing:
• Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to build and maintain customer loyalty through WhatsApp, Email, SMS and other channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized campaigns that resonate with our customer base.
• Analyze customer data to inform and optimize retention initiatives.
• Customer Segmentation: Analyze and segment customers based on behavior and preferences to create targeted retention campaigns.
• Loyalty Programs: Design and implement loyalty programs that reward repeat customers and enhance long-term engagement.
• Personalized Campaigns: Develop personalized email and SMS campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience.
• Re-engagement Strategies: Execute campaigns to re-engage inactive customers and win back those who have churned.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track retention metrics, such as churn rate and repeat purchase rate, to optimize strategies.
• Subscription Models: Implement and manage subscription models to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Referral Programs: Develop referral programs to encourage existing customers to bring in new customers.
Photoshoots & Content Production:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots to create visually compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure that all visual content aligns with Styleyn’s brand aesthetics.
• Oversee the post-production process, ensuring that all images and videos are of the highest quality and reflective of the brand.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure all branding initiatives are cohesive and aligned.
• Communicate effectively across teams to coordinate efforts and share insights.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in brand management, social media marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, retention marketing, and their role in brand growth.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing photoshoots and content production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical practices in the fashion industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Passion for fashion and commitment to driving a brand that embodies sustainability and inclusivity.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
